برگزاری کارگاه آموزشی «رسالت حرفه‌ای» با محوریت ارتقای اثربخشی، مهارت‌آفرینی و توسعه سرمایه انسانی

The "Professional Mission" training workshop   was held  on  Thursday, September 12, 1405,  with a presentation  by Mr. Jamshid Mohammad Sadeghi, Director of Shiraz University Complex and Director of Shiraz University's Second Year Boys' High School .

This workshop   was held with the aim of improving effectiveness, creating skills, and developing human capital , in line with empowering human resources and strengthening professional competencies.

In this meeting, while explaining the importance of the professional mission in the educational environment, emphasis was placed on the role of skill development, improving the quality of performance, professional responsibility, and purposeful use of human capital capacities in achieving educational and training goals.

Also, by benefiting from the materials and experiences presented, the attendees examined effective solutions to increase individual and organizational effectiveness and create areas for growth, excellence, and continuous improvement in the educational complex.

This workshop was held in line with  the development of human capital, the promotion of professional competencies, and the move towards a dynamic, effective, and skill-based school  .
